TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Welcome to Susan Jones, Artworks. I create original abstracted landscape inspired works of art in my studio. My ideas grow from nature. Textured and colour are a primary focus in my designs. My work is well suited to home décor. All materials are gallery quality and work is shipped ready to hang. I work in range of from acrylics to a mix of various materials. My work is well suited to mid- century and modern decorating themes.

SHIPPING:

Shippingis additional to any prices listed on the website. I do commissioned pieces as well. Please contact me through email at susanjones.artworks@gmail.com, or on the website link listed as CONTACT on this website.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS are NOT accepted, however, please do contact me if you have problems with your order.

I GLADELY ACCEPT EXCHANGES if you, the customer is not satisfied.

Contact with me must be made within 3 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED

EXCHANGE DETAILS

Straight exchange for equal value is acceptable. 

Store credit is available.

Money back or store credit for the difference is available. 

Payment from the buyer for the difference on higher priced exchanges is due before shipment.

Commissioned work can be exchanged.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs on any paintings that are returned. Paintings must be professionally packaged for shipping in the same way that they arrived to the buyer. All returns must be insured for the value of the painting. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once a painting is returned safely, the payment transactions and invoice updates will be completed.

SHIPPING & PACKAGING

All paintings are professionally packaged for shipping. They are insured against damage or loss.

All shipping is done directly from the artist’s studio or local postal station.

COMMISSIONS AND ARTWORKS SELECTION FOR SALE

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

A sealed certificate of authenticity is provided by Susan Jones for each Artwork purchased.

MATERIALS USED

All materials used are gallery quality. All paintings aresealed with gallery grade varnish or resin to protect the work from dust, fading and UV.
